Let’s Watch Robin Dunne In Cruel Intentions 2!

It was meant to be teen drama Manchester Prep; that didn't happen. Is this the worst thing we've ever watched for AWAWT?

A TV iteration of Cruel Intentions, Manchester Prep, was planned for FOX’s 1999-2000 primetime schedule…until Rupert Murdoch (allegedly) had the project sacked for being too crass (!), at which time it was reworked as a prequel, Cruel Intentions 2, and everything about it is…number two: the casting, the timeline, the geography, the wardrobe, and Robin “AJ” Dunne as Valmont makes Ryan Phillippe look like Jon Hamm. This is possibly the crappiest show-verse property we’ve ever contemplated, and we’re talking about that, plus early TWoP days, Some Kind Of Wonderful, and “frisky twins” (ew). Listen now!
